About the Job
The Sr. / Manager Regional Communications MEAE :
The most senior communications executive in-charge in the region MEAE to define strategic and tactical communication requirements and lead implementation.
Leading the business partners (Specialists Communications) and expertise centres to deliver professional marketing communications, internal communications, media relations, social media, branding and crisis communication, based on clear insights.
Provides actively strategic communications advice to Borouge Pte and Borouge ADP leadership in MEAE.
Prioritizes and aligns the regional communication requirements to Global Communications strategy.
Contextualizes and executes the Global Communications content into one common voice for the internal and external audiences in the region MEAE.
Leads the team of communication specialists and expertise centres employees in delivering strategic direction, planning and necessary decisions as well as ongoing performance review and career planning for all team members.
Operate a network of professional communication suppliers, to meet the demands of the reginal and global team.
Contributes to the leadership of the department as member of the Global Communications Management Team (GCMT).
As a successful candidate, you should possess the following :
Master degree in the field of communications, business management or social sciences or equivalent, based on previous job-experience.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
At least 10 years of experience in communications, marketing or other relevant areas.
At least three years of experience in leading international teams.
Strong analytical mind-set to understand data.
Superb English writing skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Active on relevant social media channels.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills,
Solid understanding of project management principles.
Master’s degree or higher
CPD qualification from international recognized communications body (PRCA, MEPRA, IABC, CIPR, etc.)
