AV / IT Team Leaderis responsible for sound and lighting coordination and support to meetings, conferences, events and live performances environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
The position will also coordinate, set up, plan, schedule, troubleshoot, do inventory and maintenance of multimedia equipment, audiovisual systems and Technology of hospitality environment (Hotel BGM, IPTV, PABX systems and Basic IT).
Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the technical qualifications section.
High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree is preferred.
4 to 5 years of audio visual experience in hospitality (Hotel) industry (with last two years in similar position).
Achieve Technical Level Certification.
Knowledge about Electrical and Electronics.
Good communication skills.
Experience of supporting a range of devices including mobile and media devices.
Understand and adopted new system and Technologies.
Knowledge of IT related software and MS office.
