Duties :

Ensure an accurate data with the correct project code, account code and complete description of transaction has been entered on the US bank Platform.

Take lead to go over the issues affecting the functioning of the ghost cards (Ex : card getting declined, insufficient funds left on the card).

Timely support to audit and billing requirements by ensuring an organized track record of each transaction with all the required documents for all programs

Coordinate with Travel team to work through any issues identified during the recon process

Ensure that the amount charged by the Service provider is in accordance with what the travel agent has requested to book.

Ensure that the amount charged to suspense account is minimal to have timely submission of invoice to customer

Ensure that amount charged to suspense account is corrected to respective regular cords by the end of next week following cycle period

Submit the ghost card reconciliation file to the program within 5 days from cut-off date of the reconciliation statement.

Monthly review of suspense account to ensure that less amount is charged to suspense account so as to have timely submission of invoice to customer and collection of money

Ensure for a salary deduction for costs, charged to the ghost card but identified as employee’s responsibility, with the Payroll team and a proper communication done with the concerned employee.

Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and propose solutions

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make recommendation

Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time and rapidly adapt to changing priorities

Ability of working with databases and spreadsheets

Must have knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Previous experience working with Dynamics, Team Track, or OCONUS is an asset

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Accounting

Strong English communication skills, both written and oral

Preference given to candidates with CPA certification

Education Required :

Requires a bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline.

Experience Required :

Typically has two (2) to five (5) plus years of experience in Accounting

Special Knowledge / Skills required :

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications and working experience with spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of cost controls and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of accounting practices including PAE’s disclosed accounting practices
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
