  • Shape and drive the Emirates Group digital learning applications and digital platforms strategy, in alignment with business requirement.
  • Manage the design of our digital learning platforms and applications, ensuring they are available to all learning stakeholders to leverage.
  • Integrate platforms and applications to create a holistic digital learning experience. - Collaborate with IT, partner learning providers and vendors to ensure alignment and seamless integration.
  • Embody subject matter expertise on digital learning platforms; continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices.
  • Ensure digital learning experiences are accessible at the moment of need and in a consumable and easy-to-use form. - Create a consistent employee learning and talent experience within digital learning platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Experience Enablement, Talent Optimisation, Organisational Effectiveness and Strategic Partnerships to provide the platforms that enable enterprise-
  • wide reach and progress strategic intent. - Manage the Application and Infrastructure Team, providing leadership support and ensuring the smooth execution of deliverables.

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field - 8+ years progressive experience in an e-

    learning and learning platforms role with at least four years of applications and infrastructure experience - Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-

    do attitude to deliver effective results - Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve -
