Main Accountabilities : -
Working as a key member of the local team driving electrification products division in partnership with the local sales units, product management function and regional distribution center, drive commercial management process improvements and ensure implementation.
Ensure follow-thru and sustainability on process and tool design improvements and initiatives. Support all division initiatives such as on time delivery & internal audits.
Establish best practices for local sales unit commercial processes. Train and coach the local sales unit in development and deployment of improvement initiatives and standard processes using operational improvement approaches (i.
e. six sigma) to develop organization capability to continuously improve business practices and performance.
Perform detailed analysis targeted at front and back-office commercial processes. Identify key root causes for sub-optimal customer service levels, process cost adders, and drive improvement initiatives.
Support RDC for various improvement initiatives including not limited to, on time delivery initiative. Provide reports to management as in when needed.
Support deployment and use of common commercial operation processes using global tools to impact service level to customers.
Prepare and publish KPI dashboards regularly.
Provide solutions to reach expected customer service levels at optimized cost position by utilizing operational excellence / six sigma methods on a regular basis.
Build excellent relations with all key stakeholders.
Ideally you should be having a university degree preferably in operations, supply chain, business, or equivalent with 4 to 6 years’ of experience in commercial operations, customer service, logistics.
Operational excellence training / certification six sigma-green belt is mandatory. Strong knowledge of SAP MM & SD is required and knowledge in SAP APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SAP EDI (electronic data) interfaces will be preferred. Practical knowledge of process mapping using different techniques & tools with ISO certification knowledge will be of added advantage.
You should work well in matrix / team structure and possess target- and schedule-focused finance knowledge.
You must practice strategic and creative thinking, be systematic & assertive in developing internal relationship with good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
