Job Summary We are looking for a highperforming Sales Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management Key Responsibilities 1 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team 2 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence 3 Own recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives 4 Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 5 Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team The job holder will do all tasks within his her level of skill and ability Working Hours This is a fulltime position Days and hours of work are Sunday through Thursday 7 30 a m to 3 30 p m Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand Visa Authorization Security Clearance Employment visa in the United Arab Emirates will be issued to the selected candidate Passport valid for 6 months is a must to apply for the visa Good conduct certificate will be required Salary and remuneration The monthly gross salary will be decided as per experience sales commission will be granted as per internal sales policy Other benefits include 22 working days of annual leave medical insurance for employee and 4 family member Person specification Bachelor degree in Business administration or related field 8 to 12 years of proven sales experience in Real Estate Ability to connect with decision makers and build opportunities and relationships Experience of working with Senior Managers Meet projected sales goals Communicating complex and sensitive information Working in a multidisciplinary environment A broad range of I T skills such as Word Excel and Outlook Handling complex employeerelations issues in a nonunionised environment
