Job Responsibilities :
Carry out comprehensive research for new and existing products.
Managing the Product Lifecycle from the development and implementation to the commercial and operational success of new and existing travel product.
Working with other departments to develop and enact a product strategy to ensure the product is competitively priced and has a comprehensive offer matched to sales demand and targets.
Develop lasting relationships with suppliers to ensure our clients receive excellent on-the-ground support
Create clear product development plans for all new products
Benchmark customer experience and pricing with direct competitors.
Ensuring KPI tar-gets are achieved monthly and annually
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor™s degree with travel specialization will advantage
4-8 years™ experience in product development and management
Comprehensive travel industry knowledge
Extensive Destination knowledge especially (Europe, America, Far east etc)
Must be proficient using technology and working with software applications

Good command over both written and verbal English
High level of œattention to detail
Superior negotiation skills
A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
