To sell Insurance products to Credit card Customers professionally and effectively
Contact existing credit card customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Handle customer queries and close sales over the phone
Handle customer complaints & ensure customer satisfaction at all levels
Ensure company™s compliance policy is adhered to at all timesThe job description will require to :
Achieve financial targets in line with business plan.
To acquire the company™s credit card customers for insurance products, over the telephone / through the website.
Observe, practice and contribute to the development and implementation of Best Practice initiatives.
Handle telephone inquiries pertaining to the various personal lines products, policy terms and conditions and claims.
Respond and provide prompt & efficient telephone response to clients and take necessary action to queries received, if any.
Correspond and maintain good relations and regular contact with clients and team members.
Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by PMU or Product Manager.Skillset (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)1-
2 years™ experience in selling Insurance products REQUIRED
Strong sales skills, and ability to focus on KPIs and targets.
A strong personal commitment to the good name of the Company and quality service within a team environment.
Understanding and use of word processing and / or spreadsheets or database in a Windows environment.
High personal standards of personal presentation, organization, business ethics, quality sales & service and follow-up.
Proven ability in organizing workload under pressure
