Millennium AtriaExecutive Apartments is conveniently located in the heart of Business Bay witheasy access to both International Airports and Downtown Dubai, it is a luxuryserviced residenceplexprises studios, and one, two and three bedroomswhich are the largest in the area.

All units are bright andspacious and feature a guest washroom, en - suite luxurious marble bathrooms, alarge living area, built in wardrobes and walk in closets, and a fully equippedseparate kitchen.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Help drivecompany values and guiding principles and ensures all training and developmentactivities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Work withproperty leadership team to identify and address employee and organizationaldevelopment needs.
  • Theposition is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enablethe achievement of desired business results.
  • Trainingprograms focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge,panyphilosophy, and customer service and leadership skills.
  • Conductneeds assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates thedelivery of both custom and corporate training programs.
  • Measuresthe effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment
  • Qualifications

  • Degree orDiploma from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and RestaurantManagement, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
  • 2 years experience in the human resources orrelated professional area; certified trainer
