Job Qualification : Degree in Accounting / Commerce & preferably with experience working with a Main Contractor
Job Description :
We are currently recruiting for a leading company for a Group Finance Director for their operations in Abu Dhabi . The role will be directly reporting into the Group CEO and will be responsible to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation for the Group, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Support the preparation of business plans across the Group, feasibility studies, financial statements, financial analysis, projections and information including due diligence process financial statements.
Review and consolidate subsidiaries' budget submissions and streamline processes.
Review business plans submitted by the subsidiaries relating to their expansion and diversification plans of the businesses.
Manage the treasury functions and the cash management operations.
Ensure the strict implementation of Finance policies and controls and ensure that the Holding Company, as well as, the subsidiaries comply with Corporate Governance requirements.
Manage the re-forecasting process and preparation of the Group consolidation documentation.
Set reporting mechanism for all subsidiaries as per the reporting calendar.
Conduct financial analysis on monthly basis and report to the Group CEO via an executive report.
Support in Monthly review reporting and timely providing variance analysis report against budget.
