Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Sr. QHSE Advisor to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will provide the leadership related to Service Excellence for the Middle East Operations.

Ensure the company is able to deliver consistent and profitable growth through the application and continuous improvement of the Sustained Success Business Model ( SSBM ).

This business model is founded on the principles established under ISO 9001 : 2008, but implemented by this role to the fullest intentions of ISO 9004 : 2009 which results in organizational wide behaviour of intense customer focus with the primary purpose being the delivery of the company’s products and services in a manner that exceeds our customer’s expectations at all times.Job Responsibilities

  • The Management Representative for driving Service Excellence principles and Quality Management System for Middle East operations and ensure the processes needed for Quality Management are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Mentor and train personnel in the fundamentals of the Sustained Success Business Model ( SSBM ), NPS and the use of tools such as, but not limited to auditing, lean 6 sigma and root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate and lead the Management Team in implementation of data driven process improvements focused on improving customer loyalty yielding business growth
  • Serve as the Service Excellence subject matter expert for the business unit training and mentoring management, all employees, the process owners and improvement teams.
  • Facilitate and lead mapping of critical business processes transferring ownership to the process owner for sustained continual improvement.
  • Implement the EthosEnergy Service Excellence strategy within the business unit.
  • Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement
  • Ensure initiation of action(s) to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of nonconformities
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.Required Skills / KnowledgesfdcPage.

  • Knowledge of API specifications API 5CT, API 7-1, API 6A, API 16A and API 16C.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principle and intent of ISO 9001 and ISO 9004 business management models.
  • Prior formal Program Management successful experiences.
  • Prior experience with successful Change Management tools used to impact the culture of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of root cause analysis and the associated tools.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex analyses and concepts to all levels of the business team.
  • Candidate must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid passport and work visas as required in the various countries in which we work.ExperienceExpert;
  • Hands on experience in managing Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 / API Spec Q1 and ISO 9004 standards.
  • Hands on experience in driving process improvements.
  • Experience in leading the audit team for 1st party and second party audits.

  • Prior Business Management Leadership Experience
  • B.S engineering with experience as a process engineer. Preferably industrial experience in heavy industry versus traditional process industries.
  • Ideally Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified with minimum of two projects completed using DMAIC methodology preferred.
