Market TCM products and services to CIBG / IBG clients.
Expand the list of products being marketed to each client thus increasing the overall revenue from target customer base.
Coordinate with CIBG / IBG relationship teams and TCM trading teams to identify business leads thereby increasing client base, deal flow and TCM revenue.
Key Result Areas
Primary responsibility for strategizing and executing TCM products game plan in assigned CIBG / IBG divisions.
Identifying opportunities and determining size of Treasury Wallet for each client
Acquire a major share of clients’ Treasury Wallet by coordinating with TCM trading teams and CIBG / IBG relationship teams to provide tailor made solutions to clients to maximize earnings.
Ensure adequate client coverage for all clients via a pre-planned calling program to market TCM products and services in line with the Agile structural sales process.
Conduct periodic sales review meetings with CIBG / IBG units to find ways to increase business and widen client base.
Monitor and analyze revenue on a monthly basis and take appropriate action to maximize returns from each and every client in the target customer base.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Undergraduate / Graduate Degree.
5+ years of Treasury experience with extensive knowledge of TCM products
High levels of interpersonal skills, communication, lateral thinking and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.
