Bilingual Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai Greet patients and / or Guests arriving at the outpatient clinics, ascertains their needs, and assists as required.
Register all outpatients upon arrival as per registration policy. Ascertain the patient confidentiality at all the time.
Ascertain the patient identification as per hospital policy i.e.
EID or passport. Checks, updates, and verifies patient’s insurance data in the HIS as per Insurance card / EID. Online authentication to be given for the visit.
Online authentication of services requested by Doctors. Handle telephone calls, messages, and assist callers with necessary information.
Answer questions and gives information based on knowledge of hospital or departmental organization and regulations. Schedule, reschedules, cancels, and confirms outpatient and medical services as necessary.
Ascertain the financial status of the patient and verifies patient’s insurance card coverage with the HIS, Also the online portal of the respective Insurance Company must be checked for coverage as / and when required.
Initiate proper claim form, completes all formalities including patient signature. Collect payment, i.e.
Cash, deductible, co-insurance, and copayment as per insurance card and / or SOB’s (from online insurance portals) each service wise.
Coordinate with insurance department and clinic for pre authorization of services. Coordinate with nursing staff and inform patients when there are delays for diagnostic or treatment services.
