Position Type : Regular


Role and Responsibilities

  • To perform preventive maintenance tasks on allocated Simulation Training Device and associated equipment’s in accordance with the respective maintenance manual and as per stipulated schedule.
  • To make sure all workshops and work area are maintained clean at all time. Any tools or test equipment’s used must be returned to their respective locations once the job is completed.
  • Logistics procedure must be strictly adhered to for all withdrawals, entry into store, installation etc... All failed components or cards must have appropriate tag with details of the failure-
  • such as failure description, date of failure, where it failed, part number, serial number etc. Consult shift supervisor for any doubt or clarifications.

  • To carry out corrective maintenance actions as has been assigned.
  • To perform all work in conjunction with standard operating procedures / guidelines detailed in TCOM.
  • To ensure assigned simulator is reloaded and prepared ready for training in compliance with operational / morning readiness procedures and well in advance for every first training of the day.
  • To ensure to load appropriate customer options, exercise scenario and other tasks required for specific training sessions.
  • To report immediately for any issue that was encountered / reported by the crew to the shift supervisor.
  • To meet and liaise as necessary with the customer before and after training sessions and complete Journey Logs in Gemini system before the end of shift on the same day as required.
  • Deficiencies raised through Journey log must be entered in Gemini on the same day as well.

  • To perform all work in accordance with defined safety procedures of the Company and strictly follow processes, procedures and guidelines.
  • Understand and follow TCOM procedures and guidelines.
