    General Accounting :

  • Review of F&B Control reconciliation and journal and interface / input to General Ledger.
  • Preparation of month end journals.
  • Participation in month end reviews.
  • Review and prepare final input in the General Ledger from various sources.
  • Review general ledger and Financial Reports.
  • Prepare balance sheet record and identify and reconcile all items therein.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and posting of any bank charges and other rectification entries.
  • Verification of payments prepared by Accounts payable team.
  • Work as a stand-in Chief Accountant in his absence and perform his duties.
  • Project Completion :

  • To work on completion of projects delegated by DOF on operation areas for review of compliance & operational efficiency and to provide suggestion on improvement.
  • Other Support Activities :

  • Provides administrative duties / support, composes, prepares routine business correspondences, power points presentations, assembles and distributes various reports and other related documents as required by the Director of Finance and the entire team
  • Prepares monthly distribution of appropriate reports (Statement of Operations) for Owning Company & Corporate Office
  • Arranges for various meetings, takes minutes, monthly finance meetings and management team weekly meetings.
  • Keeps Director of Finance’s calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules
  • Organizes business travel arrangements for the Director of Finance.
  • Establishes and maintains various filing / records / database of business contacts, traces pending items and follows up as appropriate
  • Receives and screens all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the Director of Finance’s office, provides / receives information or refers the matters to the proper persons to handle
  • Functions as an administrative link between and among all levels of hotel employees, guests, tenants and external contacts to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information
  • Responsible / manages of all incoming / outgoing emails, distribution and dispatch
  • Create and maintain shared folders and team performance tracking documents / reports
  • Maintain office stationery inventory for the department
  • Prepares and track team vacation planner
  • Prepares and submits monthly payroll attendance sheet
  • Well adapt in handling of reports and confidential matters / information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

  • Qualification

  • A bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
