Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving targeted revenues for corporate segment.
Develop corporate account portfolios, set necessary sales strategies and ensure their alignment with overall hotel's business strategy and approved sales and marketing plan.
Generate new leads and develops leads received from team members for the corporate and group bookings.
Handle negotiations when appropriate and ensure highest possible leads conversion ratio.
Plan and execute sales visits to major potential accounts,including international head quarters.
Ensure professional and consistent use of all available functionalities of the opera system.
Establish and maintain proper filing system of all related information and documents.
Produce reports and submit the data in timely manner
Ensure effectivemunication and cohesive working relationships within the team, the marketing division, and other departments.
Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development and execution of the hotel sales and marketing plan.
Actively participate in creation of Special promotions, incentives and rewards corporate segment.
Maintain awareness of current and futurepetitors product, pricing and promotion programs so as to be in a position to provide constructive feedback and advises to sales and Marketing team in strategic planning.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial sales role and relevant experience in corporate segment in a luxury hotel in the Middle East.
Degree in business, marketing of hospitality management
Fluent in English language, both verbal and written
Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Solid negotiating skills and creative selling abilities.
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent grooming standards
