We are looking for a Compensation & Rewards Analyst to join the team in our Dubai office. Reporting to the Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager, this role has many responsibilities to ensure that the business is appropriately supported with Compensation and Benefit activities across the Middle East & Africa region.

This includes supporting multiple businesses with technical compensation and benefit analysis, advice and project management to meet varying requirements.

The role of Compensation & Rewards Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the following :

  • Compensation :
  • Support the end to end annual (and mid-year for some parts of the business) salary / merit review and discretionary bonus processes in line with corporate compensation guidelines and timings.
  • This includes cleansing and analysis of data, preparation of communication materials and general project management.

  • Support the management of our bonus plan for the senior population (called the Annual Incentive Plan’ AIP) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan within the region.
  • This includes the maintenance and quarterly consolidation of data to ensure compliance with Corporate Compensation and Finance requirements.

  • Lead participation in external salary surveys for the region.
  • Undertake comprehensive analysis and benchmarking of direct compensation elements from external data sources to support the development of pay ranges for the region.
  • These ranges are used for recruitment and the annual salary (merit) cycle and so are critical in ensuring we manage compensation effectively.

  • Effectively manage and maintain compensation folders, materials and calendar of activities.

  • Assist the Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager with the management of the existing employee benefit provision (e.
  • g. Annual renewal of Life Assurance and Medical policies, quarterly claims reviews with broker and insurer etc.).

  • Health & Wellbeing Maintain information on our intranet to ensure content is engaging and relevant and coordinates with external providers and HR colleagues on the calendar of events.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Support the roll out of the new EAP following a change in provider on 01 September. This will include preparing communication materials and ensuring employees are fully aware of the benefits of the service.
  • Act as a point of contact for day to day query resolution liaising with both internal and external stakeholders i.e. employees, HR, management, benefit providers.
  • Administer, analyze and reconcile benefits data and process all invoices for providers.
  • Requirements

  • Engineering degree from an accredited university in any discipline and 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales on engineering scopes within the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Proven growth track record.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial requirements in the O&G Engineering Industry
  • Excellent communication skills (English is a must, Arabic is an asset)
